Who is responsible for your data

Tom Chamart, 84440 Robion, France.

What we collect

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The form on the home page records the name, phone number and message you enter, and emails them to us. The same goes for the messages you send us at [email protected] or over WhatsApp: your name, your contact details and the content of your message are used only to reply to you and prepare a proposal. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b).

The contact forms of the demo sites send the name, phone number and message entered to Votre Vitrine, under the same conditions.

The server keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) used only for security and troubleshooting, and deleted automatically by rotation.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through the home page form and exchanges with prospects are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted automatically. Exchanges with clients are kept for the duration of the contract, then for as long as accounting rules require.

Who receives it

We never sell or share personal information for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the data you sent us, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR and may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL, www.cnil.fr). If you live in California, these rights include those of the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.
